These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and us, and govern all rules regarding use of the platform. By continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account on the 5 win platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may only create one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible for the security of your account; never share your password with any third party. If you suspect your account is being used without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the 5 win platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Specified limits and processing times for deposits and withdrawals may apply, as detailed on the platform's payment page. All transactions may go through a verification process, and identity confirmation documents may be requested if necessary. Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited and such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
Gaming Rules & Fair Use

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the 5 win platform, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection, device issues, or third-party service failures. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given. The platform does not provide compensation for financial losses from gaming; always bet within your means. These terms will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Right to Modify Terms
5 win reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform and attempt to notify you via your registered email.
